Refund Eligibility:

Due to the customized nature of data science services, refunds are generally not issued once work has commenced. However, we prioritize client satisfaction and offer the following resolutions:

1. Initial Review Period:

   Clients may cancel their service contract within 48 hours of the initial payment, provided that no substantial work has commenced. In such instances, a full refund will be issued.

2. Project Milestones:

   For extended projects, clients will have the opportunity to review and approve work at designated milestones. If the work delivered at any milestone does not align with the agreed specifications, clients may request modifications or a partial refund for that segment of the service. Such requests must be made within 5 business days of milestone delivery.

3.  Quality Assurance:

   If the final deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications despite revisions, clients may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit towards future services. Claims must be substantiated and submitted in writing within 10 business days of the final delivery.

Non-Refundable Services:

Consultation fees, expenses paid to third parties for data acquisition, and software licenses are non-refundable. Services that have been fully completed and accepted by the client are also non-refundable.

Modifications to Services:

Clients needing adjustments to the scope or direction of the project are encouraged to discuss their requirements with our team promptly. We strive to accommodate reasonable modifications to ensure project success.

Limitation of Liability:

Myriadancy Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s liability for any claims related to the services provided, except as expressly provided in this Return Policy, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the services rendered.
